• When you arrive on campus, please follow signage to the P5 Staff Parking Deck where 1st floor spots are designated for Rehab Patient Parking.
• The gate code is the two-digit year, followed by the two-digit month.
  • For example, in January 2026 the code will be 2601
  • If it doesn’t work, try the month prior (it may not have reset yet)
• After parking, please exit the deck and turn right to cross the street and enter through the Health Park front entrance.
• A limited amount of patient handicapped spots are available in the lot in front of the Health Park
• *Please allow additional time for parking prior to the group.
