LTSA teaches the family and friends of people who have aphasia and help to improve their communication skills. These skills are important to maintain connection and engage successfully with people who have aphasia. You will learn helpful ways to speak to people with aphasia and assist them in communicating back. This training is appropriate for all family members, friends and providers.
A limited number of household spots are available.
Due to COVID-19, traditional TAP services are now virtual. Updates on transitions and phasing will be posted here and on our Facebook page. Stay safe and healthy.
There are so many people that do not know what Aphasia is. Help us inform more people and help lives.
Whether we call it "getting ready for some return to in-person programming" or "getting ready for a new ED" or "getting our organization game on"... or all three... we could not do this without the official (albeit voluntold) superstar TAP handyman. He also happens to be my hubby! Thank you Steve for all the work you did to make this TAP home...truly homey!
